The "•" symbol is known as a Bullet Point or a Bullet Sign. In UI design, the bullet symbol is a common typography element that serves as a separator for text or design elements. For example, a bullet can be used as a divider for Breadcrumbs, or to mask password characters on Figma Login Pages.
Note: The bullet symbol was specifically designed for the Monotype systems in the early 1900s to create a visual hierarchy in text. Its centered, mid-height dot shape makes it visible while being less distracting than numbers or standard letters.
