By using Frames X UI Kit, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you purchase the product.
Figma UI Kit License
By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing to any product plan by BuninUX LLC, users agree to the License Agreement stated herein.
The Frames X UI kit License facilitates the acquisition of the BuninUX product, granting users perpetual rights to use its comprehensive functionalities and content.
Frames X UI Kit is intended for use by designers, developers, creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large organizations. By purchasing the UI kit, users can create compelling and scalable designs, systems, and interfaces for any project.
Intellectual Property Rights for a Figma UI Kit
All digital assets, UI kits, and materials are Intellectual Property, and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuninUX LLC. All resources are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BuninUX LLC (directly via [email protected]).
The licensor may terminate a license that is used in breach of this agreement — for example, resale, redistribution, or use beyond the number of seats purchased. A license used within these terms is perpetual.
By getting full access to our premium Figma and Web UI Kit, you will be granted a flexible License Agreement. We, BuninUX, LLC, as creators, can update and modify this current agreement.
Links to Other Websites and Resources
Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BuninUX, LLC. (Example: Figma, Wikipedia, etc.)
BuninUX and Frames X have no control over or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that BuninUX, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third party websites or services.
Figma UI Kit Usage Disclaimer
Frames X UI Kit cannot guarantee that it meets your requirements 100% or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, those related to loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law of your country.
User Responsibilities
BuninUX LLC and Frames X are not responsible for what the user does with the product or user-generated content.
Figma UI Kit Returns and Refunds Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know via [email protected] within 15 days, and we'll issue a full refund.
Important Note: refunds are issued in full to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.
Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BuninUX LLC as a result of using the product/services.
You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of BuninUX or Frames X brands. You also agree that Frames X UI Kit and services will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
