Frames X's Terms & Conditions

By using Frames X UI Kit, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you purchase the product.

License

By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing to any product plan by BuninUX LLC, users agree to the License Agreement stated herein.

The Frames X UI kit License facilitates the acquisition of the BuninUX product, granting users perpetual rights to use its comprehensive functionalities and content.

Frames X UI kit is intended for personal use by designers, developers, creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large organizations. By purchasing the UI kit, users can create compelling and scalable designs, systems, and interfaces for any project.

Choose a Team or Unlimited license if you work with a team, plan to use Frames X's products under your company name or brand, or if you plan to share or distribute a product or part of it with your Client, Customer, or Team members.

Choose the Personal license if you plan to use it as a solo user and use the end product only for your own commercial profit.

A "user" is anyone using Frames X files and products, either as an editor or as a user of an entitled Team, Corporation, Agency, or any other form of organization where the files are published, inspected, and edited as Figma UI assets.

Important note: You can share access to the Figma files or publish the Frames X product as a library and share it with other users ONLY if you've bought a Team or Unlimited license!

If you want to upgrade your license from a Personal or Team license to accommodate more users, please contact us at hello@buninux.com so we can offer a price cut based on what you've already paid.

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, UI kits, and materials are Intellectual Property, and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuninUX LLC. All resources are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BuninUX LLC (directly via hello@buninux.com).

The licensor reserves the right to terminate the license without any conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision allows the licensor to maintain control over product license distribution and utilization.

By getting full access to our premium Figma and Web UI Kit, you will be granted a flexible License Agreement. We, BuninUX, LLC, as creators, can update and modify this current agreement.

Links To Other Websites

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BuninUX, LLC. (Example: Figma, Wikipedia, etc.)

BuninUX no Frames X brands have no control over or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that BuninUX, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third party websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Disclaimer

Frames X UI Kit do not guarantee to meet your requirements 100% and its operation is not assured to be uninterrupted or error-free.

All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, those related to loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law of your country.

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

A personal license gives you the right to use Frames X products for a set period for your personal and commercial projects. The active license grants you the right to receive updates and support via direct email.

Due to the nature of digital products, after the license expires, the user can still use the Frames X products in their current state without being able to access new functionality or features.

Retaining the files, however, still obligates the user to bond to the following license.

Important Note: The expired license does not grant you any rights to use Frames X in commercial projects, so all work done after the license expires will be considered BuninUX LLC's intellectual property.

User Responsibilities

BuninUX LLC is not responsible for what the user does with the product or user-generated content.

License Duration and Extending

The Personal license period is equal to 12 months of usage and updates provided. The Team and Unlimited licenses have no time limit and free updates for life.

If you wish to extend your license for the Frames X UI kit from a personal license to a team license (2+ users) or unlimited license (unlimited users), please get in touch with us via hello@buninux.com.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If the file has any serious issues, please let us know via hello@buninux.com within 15 days, and we'll issue a full refund.

Important Note: we cannot procure a refund if you change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with a specific Figma's features or functionality.

Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BuninUX LLC as a result of using the product/services.

You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of BuninUX or Frames X brands. You also agree that Frames X UI kit and services will not be liable for any representation, act, or commission by you.
