The following license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use Frames X products for commercial or personal projects based on the license they choose upon the purchase.

What licence should I choose?

Choose a Team or Unlimited license if you work with a team, plan to use Frames X's products under your company name or brand, or if you plan to share or distribute a product or part of it with your Client, Customer, or Team members.

Choose the Personal license if you plan to use it as a solo user and use the end product only for your own commercial profit.

A "user" is anyone using Frames X files and products, either as an editor or as a user of an entitled Team, Corporation, Agency, or any other form of organization where the files are published, inspected, and edited as Figma UI library.

Important note: You can share access to the Figma files or publish the Frames X UI kit as a Team Library and share it with other users ONLY if you've bought a Team or Unlimited license!

If you want to upgrade your license from a Personal or Team license to accommodate more users, please contact us at hello@buninux.com so we can offer a price cut based on what you've already paid.

Team and Unlimited licenses

The Team and Unlimited licenses give rights to unlimited usage time for unlimited projects anywhere in the world. Team and Unlimited licenses are multi-use licenses with no duration limit and free forever updates.

Team and Unlimited licenses are tied to the number of users accessing the Frames X Design System. If you work in a small team with no more than two people, choose the Frames X Team License with seats for two users.

If there are more than two users who will use the file or participate in your work with the Frames X products, you need to choose the Unlimited license with no limits to the number of users.

Important note: At Frames X, we have an IP access detection system that helps us to identify license violations. If we notice an unusual amount of access under a personal or team license, we can revoke access due to a violation of the current license terms of the agreement.

With Team and Unlimited Licenses You are ALLOWED to:

  • Use Frames X UI kit core functionality to create commercial projects, such as building a website, digital products, and applications, as well as mass consumer and personal non-digital projects.

  • Use Frames X UI kit products multiple times in multiple projects forever.

  • Modify the product or combine it with other works to create a derivative work not associated with the primary source work.

With Team and Unlimited licenses You are NOT ALLOWED to:

  • Resell, rent, or sub-license the product, even if you own an extended license.

  • Redistribute/share the product as a whole or in parts or use it in another product offered for sale, where Frames X design system functionality becomes another product value or functionality.

  • Illegally distribute or publish Frames X's intellectual property online.

  • Use Frames X UI kit products or part of them to create competing templates, UI kits, or design systems that profit from Frames X's intellectual property.

Personal license

A personal license gives you the right to use Frames X products for a set period — for your personal and commercial projects. The active license grants you the right to receive updates and support via direct email.

Due to the nature of digital products, after the license expires, the user can still use the Frames X UI kits in their current state without being able to access new functionality or features.

Retaining the files, however, still obligates the user to bond to the following license.

Important Note: The expired license does not grant you any rights to use Frames X UI kits in commercial projects, so all work done after the license expires will be considered BuninUX LLC's intellectual property.

  • You are allowed to create an end product for both personal and commercial use.

  • You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are also subject to the terms of the current license agreement with BuninUX LLC.

With Personal license you are NOT ALLOWED to:

  • You can't share the item link on the web or distribute (e.g., embed) it with Figma public access.

  • You can't redistribute or resell the product source files or separate parts of the UI kits.

  • You can't create templates, UI kits, or design systems for another software or platform (e.g., Webflow, HTML, Tailwind, WordPress, Adobe, etc.). You can't do this with any UI kit, either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item.

  • You are not allowed to let an end user extract the product or part of it and use it independently of the End Product.

  • Transforming any parts, components, or design examples of the product into code and distributing the resulting code to third parties.

Important Note: If you bought the individual license, you can't publish the Item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people. If more than one person is using the file, you will need to purchase a Team or Unlimited license. Please contact us via hello@buninux.com for an upgrade.

License duration and extending

The Personal license period is equal to 12 months of usage and updates provided. The Team and Unlimited licenses have no time limit and free updates for life.

If you wish to extend your license for the Frames X UI kit from a personal license to a Team license (2+ users) or unlimited license (Unlimited Users), please get in touch with us via hello@buninux.com.
