Asterism
The "⁂" symbol is known as the Asterism Sign. It's used in typography as an alternative Section Symbol to separate sub-chapters and arcs in books or to indicate pauses in the text. In UI design, the asterism symbol can replace standard Star Symbols (*) or act as a divider "—" to separate UI sections and split text documents into logical parts.
